Baker Windows LLC provides window cleaning and related services to residential and commercial clients.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
Quotes are estimates based on provided information
Final pricing may change based on actual conditions
Additional work will be communicated when possible
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur fees
We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances
Please provide at least 24 hours notice
Late cancellations may incur a fee
Customer agrees to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas
Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required
Remove obstacles where possible
We may reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions.
We do not guarantee:
Permanent removal of stains (e.g., hard water, mineral deposits)
Results on damaged or aged glass
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Baker Windows LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage
We are not responsible for:
Faulty window seals
Loose frames
Improper installations
Existing scratches or damage
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business or revenue
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse unsafe jobs
Stop work if conditions are hazardous
All content on our website is owned by Baker Windows LLC and may not be used without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
